These terms govern your use of boardnotes.in ("Website") operated by BoardNotes ("we", "us"). By using the Website or purchasing any product, you agree to these terms.

1. Products

We sell digital study notes in PDF format. Product descriptions, subjects and prices are listed on the Website and may change without prior notice.

2. Pricing & payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking details.

3. Delivery

PDFs are delivered by email to the address you provide at checkout, as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. You are responsible for providing a correct email address.

4. License & use

On purchase you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the notes for your own study. You may not resell, share, upload, copy or distribute the notes, in whole or in part, without our written permission.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Website and in our notes is owned by or licensed to BoardNotes and protected by Indian copyright law.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

Our notes are study aids. We do not guarantee any particular exam result. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product concerned.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
