Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because our products are digital PDF files that can be accessed immediately after delivery, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once the notes have been delivered.

When we do refund

You are eligible for a full refund only if we are unable to provide the PDF notes you paid for — for example, if the notes are unavailable or we fail to deliver them within 3 days of your payment.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before the PDF has been delivered. Once delivered, an order cannot be cancelled.

Wrong or damaged file

If you received the wrong file or the PDF does not open, email us within 7 days at support@boardnotes.in. We will send the correct or working file at no extra cost.

Refund process

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
